Processing Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Options & Rates

We offer various shipping methods to suit your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items.

• Standard Shipping: Our most economical option (no tracking number will be available)

• Express Shipping: For those who need their items in a hurry ( tracking number is available)

• International Shipping: Available for select countries (rates and delivery times vary).

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. While we do our best to ensure your package arrives on time, Oh! Ciara Designs cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Oh! Ciara Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged or Lost Items

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
